Thanks for your question. The max of ten refers to includes all fandoms, characters and pairings (as in there isn't a separate max of 10 for fandoms, characters, pairings).
It is absolutely okay for you to say any pairing/character as long as you are aware it means that you are willing to create for any pairing/character.
