Winning bidder emails have now been sent!

Like Scotty bending the laws of physics, we managed to get the emails sent out a bit sooner than anticipated, so if you were a high bidder on one or more of our auctions, check your inbox! You should now have a message waiting for you with a list of your auction winnings and what we need from you to confirm your donation.

Thank you so much to everyone who has already sent in their receipts – we will be in touch soon to connect you with your creator(s).

If you think you should have received an email but didn’t:

First, check your spam folder! There’s a chance it might have ended up in there. If not, have a quick look at the auction spreadsheet to make sure a) you weren’t outbid at the last moment and/or b) your bid was timestamped before 12:59:59 (that’s 23:59:59 GMT in the mods’ local time), as we had at least one bidder who was just a few seconds too late to count.

If you still think something has gone wrong, then please email fandomforaustralia@gmail.com ASAP with your details and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We did have one person whose email bounced, so it might have been you!
